WHAT IS THE PICK UP / CHECK IN PROCESS?
Upon arrival, you will need to provide a valid driver’s license, $1500 up to $3000cash, zelle or Venmo deposit, and a credit card info will be hold on file. You will need to sign the liability waiver and damage agreement. After completing the paperwork, a representative will conduct a walk around of all equipment to note any damages or defects.
WHAT IS THE DROP OFF / RETURN PROCESS?
We will go through a return checklist which will include a visual inspection and documentation that the equipment is clean, refueled, undamaged and operating properly. If everything is in order, your damage deposit will be refunded. If damage is found, or the vehicles are dirty or have not been refueled, cost will be calculated and deducted out of the damage deposit. If damages exceed the damage deposit, renter will be responsible for all additional cost to repair or replace said equipment including
If prepaid fuel is not purchased and motorcycle needs any fuel added, a $75 charge for motorcycles will be added.
